The Cornell Craft Beverage Analytical Laboratory provides affordable analysis for:

We offer over 25 different chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses at our facility in the Department of Food Science at Cornell AgriTech at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, N.Y., for quality assurance, trouble shooting and federal regulatory compliance.
Analyses are offered at a discount to all New York bonded wineries, home winemakers, and cideries because a portion of testing costs are subsidized by the New York Wine and Grape Foundation (NYWGF). We are unable to offer this discount to wine distributors or out-of-state wineries because of the nature of NYWGF funding.
Note: New York Wine & Grape Foundation is able to subsidize the costs of analyses for New York bonded wineries and cideries that hold a winery license. This subsidy will be based on your membership status with NYWGF, and your invoice will come directly from them. The current member subsidy is 50% and non-member subsidy is 25%.
