The Cornell Craft Beverage Analytical Laboratory provides affordable analysis for:

- Hops (NOT AVAILABLE in 2022, sorry!)
We offer over 25 different chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses at our facility in the Department of Food Science at Cornell AgriTech at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, N.Y., for quality assurance, trouble shooting and federal regulatory compliance.
Note: New York Wine & Grape Foundation is able to subsidize the costs of analyses for New York grape-based products from bonded wineries. This subsidy will be based on your membership status with NYWGF, and your invoice will come directly from them.
